PHOTO ID: Photo identification is required for all passengers traveling with Concord Coach Lines. Children 17 and under with no photo ID must be accompanied by an adult with a photo ID upon purchasing a ticket.

BUS SCHEDULES: Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control and accordingly Concord Coach Lines cannot hold itself responsible for errors in timetables, inconvenience or damage resulting from delayed coaches. Connections are not guaranteed, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

CELL PHONE USE: Concord Coach Lines discourages the use of cellular phones on all of Concord Coach Lines' motorcoaches with the exception of those situations where either a quick message is necessary due to circumstances beyond our control that delay the arrival time of a passenger or travel connection. Concord Coach Lines requests that passengers limit the use of cellular phones as a courtesy to fellow passengers.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS: Concord Coach Lines reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or drugs or who is unable to take care of themselves or any person whose conduct or condition is such or likely to be such as to make them objectionable to other passengers. Passengers not wearing shoes or other protective footwear will be denied transportation.

SMOKING: Will not be allowed on any Concord Coach Lines coach.

PASSENGER ACCESSIBILITY: Concord Coach Lines offers Wheelchair Accessible Service with a 48-hour notice. Please call the Information Center at 1-800-639-3317 to make arrangements.

CHILDREN'S FARES: Children ages 4 and under must be accompanied by an adult paying passenger. One child 4 and under rides free per adult. Additional children 4 and under are required to pay half of the applicable adult fare. The child carried free of charge may be required to be carried in the accompanying adult's lap. Children ages 5-11 pay half of the adult fare, unless they are ages 8-11 and travel alone (see Unaccompanied Children Policy below). There is no child discount on a same-day return ticket. Children ages 8-11 who travel alone in accordance with the "Unaccompanied Children Policy" pay the adult fare.

UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN:  Children 8-11 years old may travel alone only under the following conditions: the origin agency must be open at the departure time, and the destination agency must be open at the arrival time. There will be no pick-ups or drop-offs at flag stops. Trips must not exceed 5 hours and must be made during daylight hours. Transfers are not permitted. Parent or legal guardian must sign an "Unaccompanied Child Form," which releases Concord Coach Lines from any responsibility.  An adult must drop off and be waiting to meet the child upon arrival. The adult at the destination must provide personal photo identification showing that they are the person identified on the "Unaccompanied Child Form" before the child is released. The child pays the adult fare. Please be advised that this is solely the policy of Concord Coach Lines. Other carriers have their own unaccompanied child policies.

BAGGAGE LIMITS, LIABILITY & WEIGHT: During peak travel periods, passengers will be limited to (2) two pieces of luggage and (1) one carry-on for a full fare ticket, and (1) one bag and (1) one carry-on for a half-fare ticket. Additional luggage will be loaded as space allows and is subject to freight charges. For any excess baggage there will be a charge of $5 per bag. See Ticket Agent for excess baggage ticket.

Liability per bag is $250 per full fare ticket, $125 per half-fare ticket. Concord Coach Lines is not liable for loss or damage to luggage delivered to our employees for transportation, in our baggage compartments, in an amount exceeding the aforementioned limits. Please make sure luggage is properly tagged inside and out with identification tags.

Effective June 2004, Concord Coach Lines drivers and terminal personnel are not required to handle luggage weighing in excess of 50 lbs. Each piece weighing more than 50 lbs. will be tagged "HEAVY" alerting drivers and baggage handlers NOT to handle the luggage. Passengers traveling with baggage over 50 lbs. must handle their own luggage. Scales are available at each major terminal so the passenger will know before boarding the bus if their baggage is too heavy. If you believe that your luggage may be too heavy, it is suggested that you carry multiple pieces not exceeding the number of baggage allowed per ticket as stated above.

Please note: luggage cannot be left unattended or in the care of a Concord Coach Lines employee at any terminal or agency for safety reasons.

ANIMALS: No animals may be carried except  "service animals" that are accompanying a blind, deaf or physically disabled person.

BICYCLES: Bicycles may be carried in the baggage compartments when there is sufficient room after all other luggage and express is loaded. Bicycles must be carried in a separate compartment, and loaded in such a manner as to not damage any baggage or express in any way. There is no guarantee that bicycles will be accepted by connecting carriers.

HOLIDAYS: On the following Holidays, Concord Coach Lines will operate a modified or holiday schedule. New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day (includes the day after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day. Please contact our Information Center at 1-800-639-3317 or see Holiday Notices for specific times and schedules.

SAFETY & SECURITY: For everyone's safety, Concord Coach Lines passengers may be subject to wanding. Baggage and carry-on items may be opened for inspection.

Frequency Codes
To try and make Concord Coach Lines bus schedules easier to read and understand, we have included Frequency Codes on all of our bus schedules.  If there is no frequency code at the top of a column, then the trip operates everyday, Monday through Friday, including holidays. For example, if there is a "7" above a column, it denotes that that route operates Sundays only.  If there is a "X67" above a column, then the route operates "except Saturday and Sunday" or Monday thru Friday only.
1-Monday 4-Thursday 7-Sunday Example: X67  means 'Except Saturday and Sunday'
2-Tuesday 5-Friday H-Holiday 57 means 'Operates Friday & Sunday'
3-Wednesday 6-Saturday X-Except
