How much is parking in Portland, Maine? Parking in Portland, Maine is $4.00 per day for bus and train passengers. Parking at the Portland Transportation Center is only available for Concord Coach Lines and Amtrak Downeaster customers. If you do not have a receipt, the cost is $6.00 per day.  The lot is open from 2:45am-3:15am, re-opening at 4:30am-10:45pm, 7 days a week. Upon entering the lot, you will receive a ticket that will be validated upon your return. Parking is secure but is still park at your own risk.
